Job description

Our client is building a brand-new function to transform the way they work and position the company as a modern, people-driven IT business solution provider.

This is a huge transformation.


As Head of Talent & Learning, you will be a strategic leader and hands-on builder, responsible for designing and implementing our global talent and learning strategy.

This new role is based at Kraków HQ.


 


Key Responsibilities



  • Design and execute global Talent & Learning strategy aligned with business priorities.

  • Build a strong talent pipeline and succession planning for long-term organizational sustainability.

  • Drive a high-performance culture with clear frameworks for performance and career growth.

  • Partner with senior leaders as a trusted advisor on talent development and organizational effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with global HR functions (HRBP, HR Tech, Analytics, Reward) to deliver integrated solutions.

  • Lead the shift toward a modern learning culture, implementing innovative tools (LMS/LXP, AI, microlearning, blended learning).

  • Develop and scale learning programs and academies.

  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all talent and learning initiatives.


 


Requirements



  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role in Talent Management.

  • Strong background in IT/software/technology consulting environments.

  • Balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution.

  • Proven ability to use data & analytics for decision-making.

  • Strong communication and influence skills across all levels, from technical experts to executives.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or professional certifications in L&D/Talent/OD are a plus.
