**Your role at Dynatrace**

We’re looking for talented Software Engineers to make our product even better.
**You will be working:**
+ In a **cloud-native** environment using modern technologies like **TypeScript and React.js** to **write clean, maintainable, and efficient code**
+ On the Dynatrace Platform (https://developer.dynatrace.com/) , building Inventory Explorer framework utilized in various Dynatrace Apps including, but not limited to: Kubernetes App, Service App, Logs App (https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/analyze-explore-automate/logs/lma-analysis/logs-app) , Infrastrucutre and Operations App
+ With **highly skilled engineers who prioritize teamwork** , utilizing collaborative practices such as **pair programming** to build software end-to-end, including **debugging, testing, and fixing**
**What will help you succeed**
+ **A minimum of 5 years experience** in developing web-based software using **JavaScript/TypeScript**
+ Proficientwith **core Web APIs and technologies** like HTML and CSS
+ Fundamental knowledge of **React.js and its ecosystem is a must**
+ Strong focus on **software quality, performance** , **and clean architecture**
+ Team player with a **proactive approach**
+ Familiar with **working in an agile environment**
+ **UX/Design affinity and understanding** is a big plus as well
+ The ability to take a wider perspective, **balancing short-term deliverables with long-term goals**
+ Skilled at reconciling **different requirements from stakeholders** , such as product managers, designers, and other teams, to create cohesive and scalable solutions

**Compensation and Rewards**
+ We offer only **employment contracts** and a **hybrid working setup with 2/3 days per week in the office.** This is a permanent role and not a B2B contract

+ Base salary range — **starting from** **16.000 PLN** gross per month
