- Coordinate onboarding, project execution, and client communications.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to process improvements.
- Provide insights to leadership based on client feedback and market trends.
✅ What You Bring
- Excellent knowledge of Polish (essential).
- Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools (XTRF experience is a plus).
- A proactive mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
