Accounting AR Team Coordinator with Czech language



Job description

We are looking for an experienced colleague to join our Accounting Department as an AR Team Coordinator, who will take responsibility for leading a small team focused on Accounts Receivable in Czech Republic.




Your responsibilities will include:



  • coordinating and supporting the AR accounting team, 7 team members

  • assigning tasks, monitoring results, and ensuring deadlines are met

  • cooperating with other departments in resolving open receivables

  • monitoring payments, preparing reports, and providing documentation for management

  • actively contributing to process improvements within the AR area


 


What we expect:



  • previous experience in accounting or finance (AR experience is an advantage)

  • experience in team coordination or strong leadership potential

  • knowledge of accounting principles and related legislation

  • strong communication and organizational skills

  • proficiency in MS Excel, familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle is an advantage)

  • Czech language skills sufficient to communicate with the team

  • English language skills sufficient to communicate with colleagues within Central Europe
