Twój zakres zadań:

  • Obsługa klientów na recepcji oddziału – wydawanie przesyłek , przyjmowanie nadań od klientów
  • Praca zmianowa 07:00-15:00 , 12:00-20:00
  • Dbanie o to, aby pilne paczki klientów docierały we właściwe miejsce na czas.
  • Odbieranie połączeń przychodzących od klientów w związku z prośbami o odbiór przesyłki i zapytaniami dotyczącymi dostawy
  • Sprawdzanie i badanie nieudanych dostaw lub odbiorów przesyłek w razie potrzeby; ustalanie priorytetów i przydzielanie nieudanych dostaw do doręczenia następnego dnia
  • Wprowadzanie danych do naszego wewnętrznego systemu śledzenia przesyłek
  • Wyjaśnianie przesyłek niedoręczonych oraz przygotowywanie raportów operacyjnych
  • Prowadzenie jasnej i skutecznej komunikacji oraz współpracy z zespołem, kierownikiem i innymi stanowiskami operacyjnymi
  • Przestrzeganie procesów, procedur i kontroli FedEx oraz wymogów regulacyjnych
