As part of our team, you’ll work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and innovation - helping clients unlock value from digital enablement with strong focus on AI.

You will support clients with strategic advice around digital and AI enablement, incorporating AI as an important value lever in business transformations but also guiding investors around potential disruption risks and value creation opportunities for their assets.

As a Senior Consultant you will be an integral part of our team, managing workstreams or full projects within digital and AI strategy, value creation or M&A tech assessments.

You will be also responsible for driving go-to-market efforts around specific sectors, incl.

sales initiatives, development of discussion materials and proposals.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Leading digital and AI projects, including (but not limited to) digital and AI strategy, roadmap development, value creation, and operating model design, commercial and tech assessments in the M&A context
• Supporting business development, including leading preparation of pitches and presentations, working closely with colleagues across the organization
• Supporting digital and AI initiatives and go-to-market for specific sectors (core focus on TMT, industrials, consumer and financial services)
• Collaborating across EY service lines and geographies to deliver integrated, cross-functional solutions
• Mentoring and developing junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation
• Contributing to practice development initiatives, supporting our focus on creating a great workplace (, upskilling broader team on AI, recruitment)
• - in this role, your capabilities are augmented by artificial intelligence.

With AI-powered solutions your analyses, insights and innovative ideas will reach a higher level.

Starting with a series of training sessions, you will then use EYQ - your virtual assistant, along with other unique tools often available exclusively at EY.

Skills and attributes for success 

• 4+ years of experience developing and executing IT strategies or leading large-scale technology transformation programs
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen combined with technology understanding
• A passion for how AI and emerging technologies drive business outcomes
• Strong understanding of digital and AI technologies (, machine learning, GenAI, Agentic AI) and their business applications
• Ability to structure and solve complex problems and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
• Experience working with stakeholders at the managerial level, managing diverse interests and expectations

• Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset

• Good command of the English and Polish language in both spoken and written form
