The Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
 - Onboard new clients and guide them through the implementation of solutions.
 - Build strong relationships by understanding client goals and aligning strategies to meet them.
 - Monitor client performance metrics and provide insights to drive success.
 - Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
 - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve the client experience.
 - Address client concerns promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.

The Profile
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client success, account management, or customer support (3+ years preferred).
 - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
 - Strong ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
 - Data-driven mindset with experience tracking client performance and KPIs.
 - Familiarity with CRM systems and customer success tools.
 - Background in consulting, SaaS, or professional services is a plus.
