Your contribution to Prysmian's Success:  

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our plant in Gron 

  • Lead and guide cross-functional teams empowered to execute continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency, facilitate operations, and achieve overall savings.

  • Facilitate, train, and coach the plant team in the use of continuous improvement tools and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Lead and coordinate continuous improvement actions and projects stemming from the plant or group strategy (e.g., investment projects) ensuring the timely completion

  • Implementing new technologies to monitor and analyze processes (IoT...).

  • Manage the implementation of new software systems: MES, Historian, etc.

  • Participating in safety involvement teams and being constantly aware of safety considerations in all activities

  • Analyze and improve organizational performance

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and quality

  • Ensure the transposition/transfer of the group's strategy to the plant level

  • You are the right fit if you have/are: 

  • Fluent in English and French

  • Degree in Insdustrial Engineering

  • Up to 5 and more years of experience as/in in the manufacturing industry and the application of the LEAN concept

  • You are Lean Six Sigma certified (Black Belt or Master Black Belt, or Green Belt)

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills 

  • Decision making attitude, critical thinking and problem-solving skills 

  • Strong teamwork skills, results oriented and ambitious mindset

    Votre contribution au succès de Prysmian :

    Nous recherchons un Ingénieur Amélioration Continue pour rejoindre notre usine de Gron.

  • Diriger et orienter des équipes interfonctionnelles habilitées à exécuter des projets d'amélioration continue en vue d'accroître l'efficacité, de faciliter les opérations et de réaliser des économies globales.

  • Faciliter, former et encadrer l'équipe de l'usine dans l'utilisation des outils d'amélioration continue et collaborer sur les initiatives d'amélioration continue.

  • Piloter et coordonner les actions et projets d'amélioration continue découlant de la stratégie de l'usine ou du groupe (exemple : projets d'investissement) en assurant leur achèvement dans les délais.

  • Mettre en œuvre de nouvelles technologies permettant de suivre et d'analyser les processus (IoT...).

  • Gérer la mise en œuvre de nouveaux systèmes logiciels : MES, Historian, etc.

  • Participer aux équipes d'implication dans la sécurité et être constamment conscient des considérations de sécurité dans toutes les activités.

  • Analyser et améliorer les performances de l'organisation.

  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies visant à améliorer l'efficacité et la qualité.

  • Garantir la transposition/le transfert de la stratégie du groupe au niveau de l'usine.

  • Vous êtes le candidat idéal si vous avez/êtes :

  • Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français.

  • Diplôme en ingénierie industrielle.

  • Jusqu'à 5 ans et plus d'expérience dans l'industrie manufacturière et l'application du concept LEAN.

  • Certifié Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt ou Master Black Belt, ou Green Belt).

  • Compétences en communication et interpersonnelles solides.

  • Attitude de prise de décision, pensée critique et compétences en résolution de problèmes.

  • Compétences en travail d'équipe, orientation vers les résultats et esprit ambitieux.
