CRM & Loyalty Lead

Miejsce pracy: Warszawa

Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Opracowanie i wdrożenie strategii CRM/Loyalty wspierającej rozwój długoterminowych relacji z klientami.
  • Projektowanie i prowadzenie inicjatyw wzmacniających lojalność i zaangażowanie klientów.
  • Definiowanie, monitorowanie i odpowiedzialność za KPI dotyczące wartości klienta (CLV, retencja, churn).
  • Rozwój narzędzi CRM/MA.
  • Wykorzystanie danych i segmentów z CDP do budowy strategii CRM/Loyalty (np.

    projektowanie journey, automatyzacji, komunikacji wielokanałowej).
  • Tłumaczenie danych i predykcji z CDP na konkretne inicjatywy zwiększające retencję, zaangażowanie i CLV.
  • Analiza i wykorzystanie insightów do projektowania mechanizmów wzmacniających zaangażowanie i powtarzalność zakupów.
  • Tworzenie frameworków testowania i optymalizacji komunikacji (A/B testing, journey analytics).
  • Nadzór nad warstwą zgód i preferencji klientów (marketingowych, komunikacyjnych, produktowych) oraz zapewnienie zgodności procesów z regulacjami i contact policy.
  • Budowanie i zarządzanie zespołem specjalistów CRM i MA – definiowanie ról, mentoring, rozwój kompetencji.
  • Bliska współpraca z zespołami marketingu, e-commerce, BI/danych, produktu w celu zapewnienia spójnej komunikacji i podejścia klientocentrycznego.
  • Rozwijanie partnerstw z dostawcami technologii i agencjami zewnętrznymi.
  • Raportowanie efektywności inicjatyw CRM i lojalnościowych oraz rekomendowanie usprawnień.

Nasze wymagania

  • Min.

    6–8 lat doświadczenia w obszarze CRM, Loyalty (preferowane w eCommerce, retail lub zdrowie/uroda).
  • Udokumentowane sukcesy w tworzeniu i wdrażaniu strategii CRM/Loyalty od podstaw.
  • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu i realizacji inicjatyw wzmacniających lojalność i retencję klientów.
  • Znajomość narzędzi CRM i MA.
  • Praktyczna znajomość narzędzi analitycznych i raportowych (Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem.
  • Silne umiejętności strategiczne i analityczne – zdolność łączenia danych z wizją biznesową.
  • Umiejętność współpracy z interesariuszami na różnych poziomach organizacji.
