CRM Technical Manager Job Opening In Poland, Poland – Now Hiring Trimble


Job description

Job Title: CRM Technical Manager

Location: Europe

Department: Revenue Strategy & Planning

Segment: Transportation&Logistics

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Technical Manager to lead the technical strategy, development, and administration of our CRM platform.

The ideal candidate will be a technical leader with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 capable of overseeing all technical aspects of the CRM lifecycle, from strategic planning and solution design to daily administration and maintenance.

Experience with Salesforce is a significant advantage.

This role requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a strategic mindset to ensure the CRM platform aligns with our business objectives and technical architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Solution Architecture

  • Lead the technical strategy for the CRM platform, ensuring it supports and scales with overall business objectives.

  • Design and architect scalable, secure, and robust CRM solutions, including complex integrations and customisations.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate their needs into technical CRM specifications, including data models, security requirements, and user experience enhancements.

  • Evaluate and manage relationships with CRM vendors and third-party integration partners.

  • CRM Management 

  • Oversee technical projects related to CRM implementation, upgrades, and integrations.

  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues that require a deeper level of expertise.

  • System Implementation, Configuration & Customisation

  • Oversee the implementation and setup of CRM software, ensuring all environments (development, testing, production) are properly configured.

  • Lead the customisation of the CRM system to match business workflows through custom objects, fields, layouts, forms, reports, and dashboards.

  • Direct the creation of complex workflow automations to streamline business processes.

  • Data Management & Integration

  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive data management strategy, including data assessment, cleansing, and migration from old systems.

  • Manage API integrations to connect the CRM with critical business systems, ensuring seamless data synchronisation.

  • Supervise two-way data flow between the CRM and other integrated systems to maintain data integrity and currency.

  • Manage data imports and exports for analysis and system integration purposes.

  • Security & Compliance Oversight

  • Ensure all technical aspects of the CRM meet internal security policies and external regulatory requirements (, GDPR, CCPA).

  • Oversee the setup of user roles and permissions to protect sensitive customer data.

  • Monitor system logs and user activities through auditing and logging to ensure compliance and security.

  • Performance Monitoring & Maintenance

  • Conduct regular system health checks to monitor performance and identify potential issues.

  • Oversee patch management and version upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

  • Lead the advanced troubleshooting of technical issues and performance bottlenecks.

  • Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a CRM Technical Lead, Architect, or Manager, with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

    Experience with Salesforce is a significant advantage.

  • Strong understanding of the CRM lifecycle and its technical processes, including system implementation, data management, and security.

  • Proficiency in custom development within Dynamics 365, including knowledge of APIs, customization, and coding languages (, C#, JavaScript).

  • Experience with a range of integrated third-party applications, including: Gong, Seismic, ZoomInfo, Marketo, LinkedIn, Everstage, Fluint, SirionLabs, Molequle, ImPartner, and DemandBase.

  • Demonstrated ability to architect robust and scalable solutions.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Education & Certification

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (, Dynamics 365) are a significant advantage.
