Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Order Management Intern with German, where you’ll support the dynamic DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and play a pivotal role in managing customer orders, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to the standardization of sales support team workflows.

Your Role:

  • Support the Sales Back Office (SBO) team by managing and cleaning activities before order entry into SAP.

    Gain hands-on experience with order management and supply chain operations within the Philips Health Systems Digital Imaging portfolio.

  • Create customer offers, targeting clients within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

  • Work in SFDC environment to list and clean orders, ensuring they are ready for SAP processing.

    Enhance your understanding of the Quote to Invoice process for the DACH region.

  • Work closely with the allocation team to obtain delivery dates and ensure smooth order processing.

  • Requirements:

  • You are a student with at least two years of studies, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management or a related field.

  • You are familiar with MS Office, intermediate level of Excel (pivots, basic functions) would be a plus,

  • You are fluent in Polish and English and you have strong proficiency in German (minimum B1 level),

  • You are proactive, enjoy dynamic environments, eager to learn, and willing to take on new activities.

    You have strong communication skills and attention to detail.

    For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
    Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
    Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
