The opportunity

As a Cyber Security Manager, you’ll contribute technically to Cyber Security client projects and internal projects.

You will work in multinational environment together with other top security experts and your responsibility will be to deliver Attack & Penetration Testing projects and various other security projects including application code review, social engineering, Red Team Assessments, Purple Team Assessments, Threat Modeling, Security Architecture reviews.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 5+ years of hands on experience in IT/Cyber 

  • 3+ years of experience in Dev / ITSec conducting commercial Red Teaming Projects

  • Broad understanding of latest tools,tactics,procedures(TTP)

  • Having knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK,Cyber Kill Chain methodology, Diamond Model of Intrusion analysis

  • Adversarial attack simulations (Red / Purple Teaming) and experience with BAS(breach &attack simulation) tools would be good to have.

  • Well versed with one or more of skills - C2 setup, infrastructure & malware development, EDR&AV evasion, OSINT & initial access techniques, offensive R&D for Windows,Linux,MacOS environments to improve tradecraft, automation & scaling.

  • Experience with any C2 frameworks(commercial Cobalt Strike,Brute ratel,Night Hawk) or open source (Havoc,Mythic,Sliver,Merlin etc)

  • Social engineering (Phishing,vishing etc)

  • Physical security assessments including breakin-in

  • Possesses any of the following certifications : CREST CCT-INF,CCSAS,CCSAM, ZeroPoint Security CRTL,CRTO,CRTE,OSEP,CRTP

  • Excellent command of English language.

    German or other European language would be an advantage but not mandatory.

    •  Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience with any global regulatory frameworks (CORIE, CBEST,TIBER,AASE,FEER,iCAST) 

  • Proficiency with any scripting and programming languages: Python,Bash,powershell,,C++,C# ,IaC terraform for automation
