Data Scientist - Campaign Analytics Support and Automation

PRIMARY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Write and review code in collaboration with other team members to process structured and unstructured (client) data using advanced analytical solutions
Use and fit different mathematical and econometric models for explanatory purposes that lead to better decisions, and translate these model outcomes into actionable insights and business value.
Create high-quality data visualizations for internal and external purposes
Present and explain technical solutions or results in a stakeholder-friendly way.
Make key (technical) decisions in a project and take accountability for these decisions.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with others (e.g. other team members, project or tech leads) to discuss complex data-driven and code-related matters
Several years of experience working as a Data Scientist or in a related role
Master’s degree in Econometrics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Applied Statistics or a related quantitative field
Spoken and written proficiency in English
Several years of programming experience in Python
Experience with or exposure to data analysis tools and libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, pandas, matplotlib etc.
Experience with version control systems such as Git
A keen eye for data properties and how to sense-check them
Aptitude for problem solving, also when confronted with imperfect data or knowledge
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to work with globally dispersed project teams
Excellent organization, analytical, interpersonal, and influencing skills
Open to constructive feedback and readiness to adapt
Familiarity with at least one of the cloud providers (e.g. AWS) is a plus
Experience with Docker is a plus
Experience with Airflow is a plus
Familiarity with the media and marketing industry is a plus
Familiarity with Bayesian statistics is a plus
