**Tasks & responsibilities**
As an **Expert Data Analyst** , you will be responsible for:
+ **Strategic Data Pipeline Architecture and Job Scheduling** – Lead the design, development, and optimization of highly scalable and complex data pipelines using SQL and DBT, ensuring workflows and schedules for data ingestion, transformation, and storage align with organizational strategy.
+ **Organization - Level Data Structure** – Design and translate ambiguous and high-level business requirements into innovative, scalable, and efficient data models optimized for organization-wide analytics and reporting.
+ **Strategic Data Validation and Testing** – Establish and enforce rigorous validation and testing frameworks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all pipelines and structures.
+ **Enterprise Documentation Standards** – Define and maintain enterprise-level documentation standards for data pipelines, structures, and workflows, and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams.
+ **Strategic Stakeholder Engagement** – Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define strategic data requirements and ensure data solutions drive business outcomes.
+ **Data Governance Leadership** – Lead initiatives to ensure compliance with data protection regulations and organizational standards, setting benchmarks for data governance practices.

You should be fluent in English (B2+).
**Additionally, we are looking for a candidate with:**
+ University degree – minimum Bachelor’s degree (IT, Business Information Technology, Business Analytics, Economics or similar).
+ Minimum 6 years of experience in data engineering or related roles, including pipeline development and optimization.
+ Profound knowledge of SQL is required.
+ Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving competence for complex challenges.
+ Agile, accountable, and proactive mindset with a solution- and result-oriented approach.
+ Dedicated team player with excellent communication skills.
+ Experience with agile methods (e.g., SCRUM, Kanban) and tools (e.g., JIRA) would be advantageous.
