The Intelligence Automation Centre of Excellence has the assignment to create value by providing automation solutions and simplify the life of our IKEA co-worker, working hand in hand with the business and product teams.

This position will cover essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage RPA projects with a primary focus on utilizing UiPath, overseeing both onshore and offshore consultant teams.
  • Responsible for technical design, automation developments and serving as a technical expert on development projects, collaborating with architects on technical approaches.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices for optimal code maintenance in production environments.
  • Drive innovation and efficiency by leveraging expertise in the UiPath platform and products such as Document Understanding and Insights.
  • Apply AI knowledge to enhance intelligent automation initiatives.
  • Deliver impactful technical demonstrations and effectively communicate solutions to stakeholders.
  • Foster collaboration and guide teams using Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Co-ordinate & Lead team (Onshore/Offshore consultants) and manage timely delivery

We’re doing some amazing things in IKEA Supply; therefore, we need some amazing people – this position is not an exception.

To be successful in this role, we believe you MUST have:

  • 10+ years overall industry experience, with at least 4 years dedicated to hands-on RPA work using UiPath.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading teams (consultants), including both onshore and offshore setups.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the UiPath platform, including specific products like Document Understanding, Test Automation and Insights.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading automation projects and managing technical teams.
  • Understanding of AI technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively deliver technical demonstrations.

You should also be able to make advanced technical solutions understood and embraced by both technical and non-technical co-workers.
