Working as a DevOps Engineer you will:
- Design, implement, and maintain automated infrastructure using IaC (Terraform, Ansible).
- Build and evolve CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) to enable reliable, repeatable releases.
- Containerize applications and manage container lifecycle using Docker/Podman.
- Orchestrate and operate containerized workloads (e.g., with Nomad), ensuring resilience and scalability.
- Implement and manage network components, including addressing, forward/reverse proxy, TLS, authentication, load balancing, and firewalls.
- Set up and optimize application and infrastructure monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Script and automate operational tasks using programming/scripting languages.
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline SDLC and automate build, test, and deploy processes.
- Lead provisioning, configuration management, and environment standardization across stages.
- Drive best practices in security, performance, and reliability across the platform.

Qualifications
- Have at least 8 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
- Know and use automation tools: Ansible, Terraform.
- Master containerization concepts and tooling with Docker/Podman.
- Understand network communication layers, IP addressing, forward/reverse proxies, TLS, authentication, load balancing, firewalls, auto-scaling, deployment patterns, and monitoring.
- Understand software development lifecycle and automation practices.
- Write scripts/programs to automate operational tasks.
- Deliver containerization, provisioning, configuration, IaC, CI/CD, and container orchestration with tools such as Docker, Podman, Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Nomad.
Nice to have:
- Know shared data concepts and object storage solutions (NAS, Gluster, S3, MinIO).
- Know virtualization of compute, network, and storage (VMware ESX, Hyper‑V, vSAN, NAS).
- Know WAF and reverse proxy solutions (ModSecurity, NGINX, Apache, Fabio).
