Job Description
- Manage the IT team (organize work, supervise, motivate, and develop employees)
 - Cooperate with IKEA Industry’s Central IT Department
 - Develop and maintain IT infrastructure and ensure its operational continuity
 - Implement, maintain, and develop IT systems that support business processes
 - Ensure data security and compliance of the IT environment with company security policies
 - Work closely with all organizational units of the company
 - Plan and manage the IT budget (both operational and investment)
 - Coordinate IT projects (e.g., hardware replacement, new system implementation, infrastructure upgrades)
 - Manage licenses, office infrastructure, mobile devices, and other IT resources
 - Oversee purchases of hardware, software, and fixed assets
 - Introduce and implement new technological solutions
 - Create and update technical documentation and operational procedures
 
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of managerial experience with proven success in leading a team and supporting employee development
 - At least 3 years of experience working in the IT department of a manufacturing company
 - Higher education in computer science (master's degree)
 - Very good command of English (B2/C1 level)
 - Very good command of Polish (B2/C1 level)
 - Knowledge of ERP and BI systems, Microsoft technologies, virtualization, IT infrastructure, and databases
 - Experience in project management (preferred)
