**Your role at Dynatrace**
+ **Drive** the **roadmap** for **self-service knowledge** , specifically documentation
+ Oversee continuous **improvement** of **technical documentation** , ensuring it´s **clear** , **concise** , **comprehensive** and **accessible** - creating a next level experience, **catering** our **user´s diverse needs**
+ Clarify the documentation lifecycle
+ Develop and oversee **information** and **content strategies** for contributors, ensuring processes allow for increased efficiency and quality
+ Promote user-centric, cross-channel thinking
+ Support **information strategy initiatives** and **balance the big picture** and **actionable** , **well-defined increments**
**What will help you succeed**
+ **2+** years of **product management** experience in a **B2B software product** environment and **3+** years of experience aligned with **technical writing**
+ Experience in **defining** and **executing strategy** and governance for software documentation
+ You are a creative self-starter who can envision a future for enterprise software documentation above and beyond what we can do today
+ Passion for devising **enterprise-grade strategies** and **roadmaps** for **technical documentation**
+ You start with the **“why” behind your strategy** to motivate and inspire
+ You understand **docs-as-code** and are itching to use new technologies **(LLM, gen AI)** to take our experience ecosystem to the next level and let content contributors focus on what they do best
+ By leveraging your **hands-on** technical expertise, you draw insightful conclusions validated by customer analytics, ensuring consistent results amidst diverse contributors and stakeholders
+ You excel in engaging with both internal and external stakeholders, articulating your vision and plans
+ You are familiar with Markdown.

**Compensation and Rewards**
+ We offer only employment contracts and a hybrid working setup with 2/3 days per week in the office.
This is a permanent role and not a B2B contract.

+ Base salary range — starting from 21.300 PLN gross per month
