GS Dashboards is a , no-code dashboard builder used firmwide to securely connect to internal data sources and visualize insights at scale.
Over the past 5 years, teams have created hundreds of dashboards across more than 60 projects, with 8,000+ monthly active users across divisions.
The platform accelerates time-to-insight, standardizes visualization best practices, and reduces bespoke engineering through self-service analytics with enterprise governance.
YOUR IMPACT
You’ll architect and refine frontend-heavy features in TypeScript/React (with Redux), while building and maintaining services on Kubernetes to ensure performance, security, and reliability at scale.
You’ll turn common analytics needs into reusable visualization components, templates, and data connectors, integrating securely with internal data platforms and REST APIs and improving query efficiency and caching.
You’ll also drive AI-enabled experiences—such as prompt-driven dashboard creation — evaluating and integrating GenAI responsibly within enterprise guardrails.
Partnering with product, UX, data, and security, you’ll shape the roadmap, define success metrics, and provide responsive support by managing feature requests end to end.
Throughout, you’ll uphold strong engineering standards in testing, CI/CD, observability, documentation, and operational excellence, contributing runbooks and SLOs that reduce incidents and MTTR.
