Experience owning outcomes and decision making, solving ambiguous problems and influencing stakeholders; deep expertise in domain.

**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
+ 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 3 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Experience working in computing, distributed systems, storage, or networking.
+ Experience in designing, analyzing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
+ Ability to debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks.
+ Excellent problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills.
