Role Overview
As a Software Engineer in DSAE, you’ll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining applications that support our RWE technology stack.
You’ll work across functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software that powers clinical research innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain software applications from detailed specifications
Design, code, test, debug, and document programs for data manipulation and system integration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system errors
Contribute to infrastructure improvements and development best practices
Guide engineering quality through code reviews, source control, and unit testing
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years in systems analysis or application programming
Strong programming skills with experience in modern languages and frameworks
Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex systems
Madcap Flare documentation software (preferred)
Familiarity with healthcare data, EMR systems, or clinical research technologies is a plus
