Tasks


Key Responsibilities:


Lead global contract launches, ensuring all stakeholders understand contract terms, obligations, and deliverables.



  • Coordinate contract rollout, sales lead setup in CRM, customer onboarding, and cross-functional meetings.

  • Monitor contract execution and compliance, focusing on revenue-impacting clauses (price adjustments, rebates, performance thresholds).

  • Identify revenue optimisation and upselling opportunities, supporting renewals and pricing discussions.

  • Maintain contract lifecycle management system and reporting frameworks to track performance and compliance.

  • Provide training and guidance to regional teams on implementing contract terms effectively.

  • Act as primary liaison between commercial, sales, legal, and finance teams for alignment on contract terms.

  • Identify risks, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement in contract management processes.

  • Project Management: Experience managing multiple contract launches and rollouts simultaneously, meeting deadlines and deliverables.

  • Continuous Improvement: Track record in process optimization and implementing best practices.

  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial terms in contracts (pricing structures, escalator clauses, renewals) and business financials (P&L, cash flow, market forces).

  • Analytical Skills: Detail-oriented, methodical, and able to make sound data-driven decisions.

  • Business Acumen: Understand client needs in context and align with company strategy.

  • Leadership: Confident and empathetic, able to lead projects, negotiate internally, and make reasoned decisions under pressure.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, able to coach and engage stakeholders at all levels; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and CLM tools.
