Your Responsibilities
Drive the development and implementation of HSE strategies within the Business Area that align with organizational goals, business priorities and regulatory requirements, actively shaping and advancing a proactive safety culture throughout the organization.Lead initiatives that strengthen leadership engagement and embed safe behaviors at all levels of the organizationEstablish and maintain an HSE reporting system that meets global requirements and ensures regular trend analysis and follow-up actions, thus actively contributing to the Business Area HSE Decision NetworkOversee the development and continuous improvement of HSE programs and procedures, ensuring they are practical, effective, and well adopted in daily operations.Develop and coach HSE professionals by building capability, engagement, and a strong sense of ownership across the HSE community.Collaborate closely with business leaders, local HSE teams, and Global HSE to ensure alignment and consistency of HSE initiatives.Establish and follow up on systems that verify compliance with global standards through regular site visits and audits.Your Qualifications
Proven experience in an HSE leadership role within an international or matrix organization, managing or supporting HSE professionals and teams Strong track record in developing and implementing HSE strategies, programs, reporting and management systems that drive cultural and behavioral change.Experience implementing and maintaining ISO 45001 safety management systems; knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 standards is beneficial.Demonstrated success in leading audits, compliance verifications, and continuous improvement initiatives within complex operational environments.Effective communicator with clear and engaging reporting, presentation, and influencing skills for diverse audiences.Strong business acumen with the ability to align HSE initiatives with organizational goals and identify opportunities for improvement.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HSE data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights.Fluent English communication skills – both spoken and written.What we offer
