The Global IT Deployment Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of global IT deployment initiatives within contract logistics, with a focus on one or more of the following verticals: Consumer, Healthcare, and High Tech.

This role requires a strategic and operational leader who can manage complex deployments, drive system migrations, optimise delivery processes, and ensure governance across multiple stakeholders and geographies.
You will oversee the full lifecycle of IT deployments from development handover through integration, testing, go-live support, and post-deployment optimization ensuring delivery excellence that aligns with organisational goals and customer expectations.

How you create impact


  • Apply Six Sigma Black Belt methodologies to identify and lead continuous process improvements, ensuring scalable, repeatable, and efficient deployment practices.
  • Lead and manage global IT deployment projects, ensuring timely, quality delivery aligned with business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Own end-to-end deployment lifecycle management, including coordination across development, testing, integration, hypercare, and continuous improvement phases.
  • Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for system migrations, managing risks, stakeholder communications, and cross-functional execution to guarantee seamless legacy-to-new system transitions.
  • Drive deployment process optimisation through data-driven insights, performance monitoring, and governance, including ownership of MIS dashboards and quality standards.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of 3PL logistics operations to tailor deployment strategies that meet industry-specific requirements and operational complexities.
  • Manage relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and offshore partners, providing clear communication, alignment, and accountability.
  • Standardise deployment methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks globally to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
  • What we would like you to bring


  • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with a Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Over 7 years of experience in IT deployment, program/project management, or logistics technology roles within contract logistics or 3PL environments.

  • Proven track record managing large-scale IT deployments and complex system migrations with a global footprint.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (., Blue Yonder), enterprise integrations, and logistics IT ecosystems.
  • Expertise in process improvement, governance, KPI-driven performance management, and risk mitigation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, including offshore and third-party service providers, driving collaboration and accountability.
  • Agile mindset with a strong commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
