Join us and play a key role in shaping services, developer tooling, and platform practices.
Everyday life as a Software Engineer:
Go development
- Design and implement backend services and APIs in Go
- Build CLI tooling with Cobra to improve developer workflows
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security of services
DevOps and platform contribution
- Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Contribute to containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)
- Use Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible) to manage environments
- Implement monitoring, logging, and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic)
Collaboration & Mentoring
- Mentor junior Go developers, supporting their growth
- Work closely with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable solutions
- Contribute to adoption of modern developer platforms such as Backstage
- Stay curious about new tools and practices, sharing insights with the team
What you bring:
- Proven experience with Go (API design, concurrency, CLI tools)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tooling: CI/CD, Kubernetes, containers, AWS
- Exposure with monitoring/observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog)
- Familiarity with Cobra or similar CLI frameworks
- Strong communication skills and experience in mentoring junior engineers
- Exposure to Backstage or other developer portals is a strong plus

Remuneration: 19 000 - 22 000 PLN gross/ month on the Employment Agreement (UoP)
