Relay, and the Content Automations product area as whole, helps to automate routine tasks for users - saving them time while delivering consistent results.

As the team is continuously growing and expanding, we are seeking a product leader to take the lead in this critical area for Box.

As Group Product Manager, Relay, you are a player-coach - you’ll manage the Relay product team and linked sub-products, and be responsible for functional delivery.

You’ll lead your team to define product strategy and roadmap, manage product requirements, and ensure successful product releases to the market.

In this role, your work will impact millions of users, who use Relay to get their work done on a daily basis.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Manage and develop a team of Product Managers

Shape strategy and drive execution for Box’s Content Automations product area

Establish shared vision by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution

Conduct market research, customer research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions

Partner with Design and Engineering teams to develop new products and enhance existing ones that deliver measurable value

Collaborate with GTM teams including Marketing, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product Support, Professional Service, etc.

to effectively communicate product messaging to customers, identify high-value use cases, and explore new product opportunities

Work with Analytics to define metrics, track adoption and usage, identify gaps, and make data-informed decisions

Work with Business Development to identify opportunities to accelerate business, such as integration with technical partners, acquisition of new technologies, etc.

WHO YOU ARE

6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with ideally 2+ years managing SaaS products.

Proven track record of managing and launching successful products.

2+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing product managers.

Proficient technical understanding and ability to negotiate technical requirements.

Effective communication with all types of audiences.

Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing Workflow / BPM / business automation products is a plus

MBA or advanced degree preferred
