**Implementation Manager**
**Job Summary**
Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to join our Digital Solutions group in the designated region.

This role is responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of implementation processes related to the onboarding of new revenue and customer projects for Digital Solutions.

You will ensure the successful delivery of customer-facing solutions that meet the requirements and timeframes of customers, as well as the operational and financial expectations of Iron Mountain.
**What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities)**
+ Lead the implementation process for new Digital Solutions revenue, including end-to-end planning, ownership of work, and oversight of customer-facing and technical resources.
+ Determine the appropriate tools, solution, and workflow to meet both customer and operational needs for new implementations, ensuring consistency with business line strategy and corporate governance.
+ Expertly manage Project Management and Technical resource scheduling and utilization to meet customer requirements and operate within assigned budgets.
+ Provide advanced technical consulting and advice on proposal efforts, solution design, system management, and modification, partnering with sales to craft relevant and profitable solutions.
+ Ensure customer satisfaction by establishing and monitoring key performance metrics (quality, reliability, responsiveness) and actively supporting and complying with all IT Governance activities.
**What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)**
The ideal candidate will have:
+ Significant experience in SDLC, Agile, and effective project implementation and project management disciplines.
+ Broad knowledge and technical background in document management and information management solutions (DMS, BPM, A/P, etc.).
+ Proven ability for independent decision making, supporting large customer groups, and managing highly visible, global projects and programs.
+ Clear, executive-level written and verbal communication skills, strong customer/executive communication, and excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
+ Additional requirements: Professional level English and a Polish native speaker.
