The team and the role
Be part of a high performing results oriented growing HR Administration team with a broad range of experience.
The role will be based in Kraków and the successful candidate will work from the office (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).
You can expect to gain experience in the following areas:
Managing administration of employee cycle process.
HR system maintenance (Workday)
Employee files maintenance
Supporting Senior Specialist with benefits administration: Health insurance, Life insurance, Social Fund, pension administration and the invoices
Employees' working time and absences maintenance.
Cooperating with payroll department in relation to changes in compensation
Managing queries in HR mailbox (Outlook)
Reporting and data analysis
Personnel files archive
Assisting with special projects as needed
Other ad hoc tasks according to HR calendar
Our requirements:
Student of minimum 2nd year (Administration or Human Resources)
Availability to work 40 hours/week
Very good English skills (minimum B2 level)
Good Excel skills
Strong attention to detail and well organized
Strong interpersonal skills
Reliable and dependable
Approachable
Take ownership of designated tasks
