Job Title: IT Architect for Infor M3 ERP
Location: Cracow, Poland
The IT Architect for Infor M3 ERP is responsible for developing and optimizing the global M3 ERP architecture and ensuring it meets business and operational needs.
A key mission of this role is to support the M3 ERP transformation initiative, migrating factories and markets currently on legacy systems onto a single, unified M3 ERP model, complying with GxP and CSV requirements, while also guiding the strategic transition of the M3 platform to the cloud.
This architect will ensure all ERP design and deployment efforts are scalable, secure, and aligned with Galderma’s enterprise architecture and long-term business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP Architecture & Transformation Roadmap
· Define the global ERP architecture strategy in alignment with enterprise architecture and transformation objectives.
· Support and guide the transformation program to migrate local legacy ERP systems to a single global Infor M3 ERP instance across all factories and markets.
· Architect and oversee the migration of the M3 ERP platform to the cloud, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
· Own and maintain the M3 ERP solution roadmap, aligning with evolving business capabilities and industry trends and CsV requirements.
Project & Solution Delivery
· Translate business and functional requirements into scalable and efficient M3 ERP solutions.
· Collaborate with business process owners to define project scope, solution options, and technical feasibility.
· Provide architectural guidance for ERP projects, including upgrades, module rollouts, and process enhancements.
Governance & Standards
· Lead the ERP Architecture Review Board, ensuring solutions align with enterprise and integration standards.
· Establish and enforce architectural principles, configuration standards, and development guidelines for M3 ERP and related systems and EDI partners.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory (e.g., GxP if applicable), security, and data governance requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration
· Partner with Business Process Owners, IT Project Managers, and Functional Consultants to drive successful ERP outcomes.
· Coordinate with Integration, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
· Manage relationships with third-party vendors, EDI partners and implementation partners.
Innovation & Optimization
· Research and propose enhancements based on emerging ERP technologies and industry trends.
· Identify opportunities to optimize system performance, user experience, and process automation.
· Lead architectural reviews and contribute to continuous improvement in ERP delivery methodology.
Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years in ERP architecture (preferably Infor M3).Deep understanding of ERP systems architecture, integrations, data flows, and security.Proven experience in ERP transformation and cloud migration initiativesStrong grasp of M3 modules such as finance, manufacturing, distribution, and procurement.Experience in ERP implementation lifecycle, from blueprint to post-go-live support.Excellent stakeholder engagement, solution design, and project oversight skills.Knowledge of compliance requirements in regulated industries (e.g., life sciences) is a plus.Fluent EnglishWhat we offer in return:
