Description
The IT Domain Architect for HR is responsible for designing and optimizing the technical solutions for HR, predominantly Workday Platform, People Doc, People Analytics as well as set of Integrations to meet the agreed company and business requirements.
Defining and designing solutions, making sure they offer a consolidated, efficient technology service, while reflecting best industry trends.
All in a secure and compliant way.
This position requires an expert technical background, especially understanding Workday and other HR technologies, experience working with architectural principles, along with the ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of stakeholders throughout software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
BUILD:
Technical Solution Approval and Implementation: Consult and approve the design, development and deployment of technical solutions and changes within the HR domain, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, maintaining controlled and secure environments.
Requirement Engineering: Engage in requirement engineering processes to assess the impact of changes at applications and infrastructure Business Demand Validation and Prioritization: Support the validation and prioritization of incoming business demands in collaboration with the relevant IS Service Owner and/or IS Release Manager.
Architecture Strategy Development: Drive the development of both short-term and long-term architecture strategies for the overall HR IT portfolio.
RUN Service:
Primary Point of Contact, Proactive Issue Support and Consultation: Provide expert advice and support for existing IS solutions/services or modifications to existing IT solutions/services.
Impact Analysis and Design Modifications: Conduct review of impact analysis and design modifications for existing systems to support new solutions.
Data Retention, Backup, and Recovery: Define and implement data retention, backup, and recovery plans to ensure data integrity and availability.
Data Strategy and Governance: Develop and maintain a data strategy for HR analytics, ensuring data quality, consistency, and security as well as Design HR analytics solutions to provide insights into workforce trends, performance, and engagement.
Document Management and Compliance: Oversee the management of HR documents within PeopleDoc, ensuring they are securely stored, easily accessible, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Continuous Improvement and Collaboration:
Knowledge Update and Integration: Stay current with new and emerging technologies and industry practices.
Process Automation: Identify opportunities to automate HR processes using PeopleDoc, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy.
Collaboration and Training: Work closely with HR teams to understand their data needs and support on using HR analytics tools effectively.
