Who we are looking for Graduate (min.
bachelor) from the leading university on Information Technology (IT), Business Informatics or other technical university. Must have strong abilities to create a visual representation of facts and architectures – practical knowledge of graphics editing tools, PowerPoint, Visio, Google Slides or Miro. Logical thinker with analytical mindset, able to identify IT-related problems. Focus on understanding of IT processes and their impact on the business. You can speak languages: Polish – native or min.
C2 level, English (min.
C1 level), other EU languages will be an advantage (esp.
German). up to 3 years of professional experience, e.g., completed internship(s) and/or work experience, especially within consulting environment (Big4, MBB, other top consulting companies).
Other IT-related positions and companies will be also noted. Those will be considered as a strong plus:
Practical knowledge of Miro, BPMN, UML notation tools. Already gained experience in IT consulting, especially in strategy, transformations, M&A. Familiarity with financials and accounting (or additional university degree / postgraduate). Obtained certificates (project management, process management, cloud, security, other IT-related), especially related to ITIL. Abroad scholarships during your studies or similar experience (e.g., active participation in students’ organizations).
Your future role Development of IT strategy, operating models, process assessment and improvements. Evaluation of the company’s IT strategy, systems and business applications, organization, IT infrastructure and security, processes. Client support during the M&A process, especially on the pre-deal phase (IT Due Diligence, Technology/Software Due Diligence, Vendor Support, Synergy assessment). ·Advising top IT executives (CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors,) across a wide range of industries and geographies in terms of transactions
Advising clients by bespoke recommendations and risk mitigation strategy in a context of transaction. Acting as a senior person for less experienced team members (analysts, consultants) with ability to supervise them and take responsibility to lead parts of a bigger project. Cooperation with team members and other project teams (enterprise architecture, financial, commercial) during project execution.
