IT Specialist (Service Desk) Position in Warsaw - IT Solution Factor

Twój zakres obowiązków



  • Przyjmowanie zgłoszeń poprzez telefon, e-mail, czat online oraz system ticketowy

  • Diagnozowanie i rozwiązywanie problemów technicznych (m.in.

    udzielanie porad i instrukcji krok po kroku)

  • Udzielanie wsparcia technicznego w przypadku bardziej złożonych zgłoszeń, w tym zdalna pomoc przy konfiguracji oprogramowania i naprawie sprzętu

  • Komunikacja z klientami – informowanie o postępach w rozwiązywaniu problemów i udzielanie odpowiedzi na pytania

  • Rejestrowanie i monitorowanie zgłoszeń, w tym śledzenie czasu reakcji i rozwiązania oraz przygotowywanie raportów

  • Tworzenie i aktualizowanie bazy wiedzy oraz dokumentacji dotyczącej najczęściej występujących problemów i ich rozwiązań

  • Współtworzenie i doskonalenie procesów oraz procedur wewnętrznych

  • Solidne podstawy z zakresu IT (systemy operacyjne, pakiet biurowy, sieci, narzędzia IT) oraz chęć dalszego rozwoju w tym obszarze

  • Swobodna komunikacja w języku angielskim w mowie i piśmie (min.

    B2)

  • Umiejętność analizowania i rozwiązywania prostych problemów technicznych oraz chęć szybkiego uczenia się

  • Gotowość do pracy w trybie zmianowym (poniedziałek–piątek: 8:00–16:00 lub 15:00–23:00)

  • Wykształcenie (ukończone lub w trakcie) w obszarze informatyki, technologii informacyjnych lub pokrewnych kierunków

  • Rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne i interpersonalne
