Job description
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Backend Engineer to drive the delivery of scalable, high-performance systems and mentor a talented team of engineers.
Job Tasks: Lead and grow a backend team (4-6 engineers) to deliver end-to-end solutions Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical roadmaps Contribute hands-on to building and maintaining backend platforms Ensure timely, high-quality delivery by removing blockers and guiding technical direction Provide production support and incident response as part of a global team
Requirements: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, including a proven track record of leading technical delivery teams Strong Java skills, including REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based development Proven ability to design systems with high availability, performance, scalability, and maintainability
