**Job Description**

As a constantly growing company, Danfoss is looking for motivated employees who want to work with us on our success.

We are seeking a **CAD Engineer** to join our diverse team in Chwaszczyno factory.

We work hybrid - 3 days onsite and 2 days remotely

**Job Responsibilities**

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

+ Designing 3D model of heating substation
+ Creating 3D models of components
+ Performing technical documentation for production
+ Participating in projects related to continuous improvements of processes, product cost down and efficiency of work
+ Leading change management activities
+ Leading problem-solving activities

+ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
+ 2+ years of experience working with utilizing CAD software (Creo)
+ 2+ years of experience working in related field (Engineering)
+ 2+ years of experience working in HVAC systems
+ Knowledge of ERP system (SAP)
+ Very good command of English in writing & speech
+ High quality of work and attention to details
+ Great interpersonal skills and an enthusiastic team player
