Jako Key Account Manager będziesz odpowiedzialny za zarządzanie kluczowymi kontami naszej firmy, rozwijanie długoterminowych relacji z klientami oraz identyfikowanie nowych możliwości biznesowych.

Będziesz monitorować rynek i konkurencję, a także dbać o realizację celów sprzedażowych.

Do Twoich codziennych obowiązków należeć będą:



  • Aktywne identyfikowanie wyzwań biznesowych oraz szans po stronie Klienta.

  • Kreowanie wizji rozwiązania problemów biznesowych oraz wykorzystania szans z wykorzystaniem produktów i usług oferowanych przez firmę.

  • Ustalanie oraz zrozumienie kryteriów decyzji zakupowych oraz procesu zakupowego po stronie Klienta.

  • Przyjęcie odpowiedzialności za realizację procesu sprzedaży oraz adekwatne angażowanie członków zespołu (Presales, dział prawny, itp.) w zależności od etapu procesu sprzedaży.

  • Identyfikacja obiekcji Klienta, ich mitygacja oraz przedstawianie wyróżników oferty firmy.

  • Konstrukcja oraz efektywna prezentacja ‘Solution Business Case’ do C-level.

  • Samodzielne generowanie szans sprzedażowych.

  • Praca z leadami pozyskanymi przez firmę (działania marketingowe, Partnerzy).

  • Budowanie efektywnych relacji z Klientami oraz Partnerami Biznesowymi.

  • Realizacja planów sprzedażowych oraz ustalonych KPI.

  • Systematyczne podnoszenie umiejętności sprzedażowych, negocjacyjnych i komunikacyjnych.


 

Od Kandydatów oczekujemy:



  • Co najmniej 3-letnie doświadczenie w sprzedaży usług i rozwiązań w branży IT.

  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu długich procesów sprzedażowych.

  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu rozmów z C-Level.

  • Doświadczenie w identyfikowaniu wyzwań biznesowych i szans po stronie Klienta oraz budowaniu wizji ich rozwiązania.

  • Mile widziana znajomość rozwiązań chmurowych Microsoft.

  • Co najmniej bardzo dobrej znajomości języka angielskiego.

  • Umiejętności negocjacyjne i prowadzenia prezentacji.

  • Preferowane wyższe wykształcenie.

  • Wysoka motywacja do odnoszenia sukcesów i samorozwoju.
