Zakres obowiązków:


Zarządzanie programem lojalnościowym




  • Planowanie i wdrażanie nowych inicjatyw oraz mechanizmów motywacyjnych




  • Monitorowanie efektywności programu i poziomu satysfakcji uczestników




  • Identyfikacja obszarów do optymalizacji oraz opracowywanie rekomendacji rozwojowych




  • Raportowanie wyników, analiza KPI i przedstawianie wniosków strategicznych

  • Projektowanie i realizacja strategii pozyskiwania nowych klientów poprzez rekomendacje




  • Analiza skuteczności kampanii i ciągła optymalizacja narzędzi wspierających




  • Promocja i komunikacja programu wśród obecnych uczestników
    Analiza danych i segmentacja klientów






  • Analiza zachowań zakupowych, preferencji i historii klienta




  • Tworzenie segmentów i dopasowywanie ofert do konkretnych grup klientów

Zarządzanie nagrodami i benefitami
