Your New Role:
The Engineer will assist the team as well as key stakeholders across various tasks related to Email systems at WBD.

Your Role Accountabilities
OPERATIONS/PROJECT MANAGEMENT
● Overseeing and providing maintenance for Exchange Online solutions.
● Tracking and managing the operational status and efficiency of Exchange Online services.
● Facilitating the transition of services to Exchange Online and the integration with external applications.
● Offering technical assistance and instructional support to users on utilizing Exchange Online features.
● Creating and upholding documentation related to Exchange Online setup, processes, and guidelines.
● As an Exchange Online administrator, your involvement extends to testing within Exchange Online related projects, ensuring services align with project criteria and performance benchmarks
Qualifications & Experience
● 2+ years of prior experience in a related field (media, entertainment, business development, or streaming services industry experience is a plus) .
● Administer and support Exchange Online services .
● Monitor and manage the health and performance of Exchange Online services .
● Assist with the migration of services to Exchange Online and the integration of third-party applications .
● Provide technical support and training to end-users on Exchange Online capabilities and collaboration tools .
● Develop and maintain documentation related to Exchange Online configurations, procedures, and policies .
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
Not Required but Preferred Experience:
● Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation .
● Certifications in Exchange Online or related technologies .

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
