Job Description

We are seeking a Microsoft Copilot Specialist to enable, support, and scale the adoption of Copilot across IFS.

This role will serve as a Copilot Studio and Agent Builder expert, driving the creation of intelligent agents, automations, and workflows that maximize productivity for our global workforce.

With over 7,000 employees adopting Copilot, the successful candidate will:

  • Support and train users,
  • Build and manage custom Copilot agents,
  • Leverage Microsoft low-code/no-code platforms,
  • Integrate data and services via connectors, and
  • Act as a subject matter expert on prompting and AI usage within Microsoft 365.

This role sits within the IT AI Department and is critical for turning Copilot into a strategic enabler of innovation, automation, and business adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Copilot Studio & Agent Builder

  • Design, build, and maintain Copilot agents using Copilot Studio and MS Agent Builder.
  • Optimize agents with advanced prompting techniques for accuracy, context, and productivity.
  • Develop integrations with Microsoft connectors and external systems.

Platform Ownership & Governance

  • Act as the internal authority for Copilot, ensuring compliance, governance, and best practices.
  • Administer, monitor, and optimize platform performance.
  • Maintain documentation and standards for Copilot usage.

Support & Operations

  • Provide L2/L3 support for Copilot-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges in collaboration with Microsoft and IT teams.
  • Monitor adoption, performance, and usage; produce actionable insights and reports.

Innovation & Development

  • Build low-code/no-code solutions with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
  • Run business sprints/workshops to identify and prioritize Copilot use cases.
  • Partner with business leaders and AI champions to scale adoption.

Change Management & Training

  • Deliver training and enablement sessions to empower users in Copilot adoption.
  • Act as an evangelist for Copilot and AI productivity tools, sharing best practices.

Support communication campaigns to drive engagement and adoption.


Qualifications

Skills & Competencies

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse), and Microsoft connectors.
  • Prompt Engineering: Expertise in designing effective prompts for Copilot agents.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose issues and design scalable solutions.
  • Integration Skills: Familiarity with APIs, connectors, and enterprise data sources (Azure, Dataverse).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret usage data and present insights clearly.
  • Business Acumen: Experience translating business needs into Copilot use cases.
  • Leadership & Ownership: Ability to act as platform owner and Copilot adoption leader.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365.
  • Hands-on development with low-code/no-code tools and automation flows.
  • Experience with prompting techniques and AI-driven tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar).
  • Prior exposure to enterprise-scale support (L2/L3).
  • Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, M365, AI-related) highly desirable.
