Job Description
Project - the aim you'll have
As a Delivery Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering solutions to one of our key clients, where we provide both project-based implementations and managed services in the Public Cloud domain.
Your daily responsibilities will include understanding client needs, proposing and overseeing the best solutions, and managing the team to ensure successful delivery and ongoing value.
Position - how you'll contribute
Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with key clientsMonitoring fixed project scope and ensuring effective client communicationManaging monthly settlements with clients and team membersOverseeing project resource allocation and utilizationLeading recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processesEnsuring adherence to SLA agreements, monitoring service quality, and implementing ITIL-based best practices in Managed Services contextsFormal handling of contracts and clauses that are the basis for cooperation with clientsQualifications
Expectations - the experience you need
More than 5 years of experience in a similar managerial positionCommercial experience in managing, influencing, and measuring team performance in a global multinational environmentExperience in monitoring and ensuring the margin and profitability of projectsPractical knowledge of ITIL processes, SLA management, and operational excellence in Managed ServicesFluent English and Polish both written and spokenUnderstanding of cloud computing platformsAdditional skills – the edge you have
