Nozomi Networks Implementation Expert Job Opening In Zielona Góra – Now Hiring Transition Technologies PSC S.A.


Job description

Tranistion Technologies PSC is a team of over 700 experts in the field of digital transformation, working in six Polish cities and four foreign branches (USA, Taiwan, Denmark, Germany).

The company, as a Global System Integrator, works with international partners (PTC, Microsoft, Google, Atlassian, AWS, Azure, Synopsys, RealWare) to create and implement IT solutions that revolutionize the way products are designed, manufactured, managed and maintained.

It serves clients all over the world, from the energy, pharmaceutical, medical devices, automotive, fmcg, communication and high technology sectors.


Responsibilities:



  • Implementing and configuring the Nozomi Networks platform in OT/ICS environments.

  • Supporting the integration of Nozomi solutions with client systems, including SCADA, DCS, and SIEM.

  • Analyzing network traffic in OT environments and identifying potential threats.

  • Providing technical support to clients for the use and optimization of the Nozomi platform.

  • Collaborating with client teams to customize solutions to their specific infrastructure requirements.

  • Preparing technical documentation and deployment reports.


Requirements:



  • Practical knowledge of the Nozomi Networks platform and its application in OT/ICS environments.

  • Basic understanding of industrial automation systems (SCADA, DCS, PLC).

  • General knowledge of OT and IT security principles and basic network protocols.

  • Ability to work with clients and explain complex technical concepts in an accessible manner.

  • Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

  • Quick learning and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication kills and the ability to conduct workshops/training sessions.​


Nice to have:



  • Experience with other OT security platforms, such as Claroty or Tenable.

  • Knowledge of OT protocols, such as Modbus, OPC UA, or DNP3.

  • Basic understanding of computer networking, e.g., VLAN, firewall, VPN.

  • Experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) and their integration with OT systems.

  • Familiarity with security standards, such as IEC 62443 and NIST CSF.

  • Certifications in OT/IT security (e.g., Nozomi Networks Certified Expert, GICSP, CSSA, CISSP).
