YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enter and process sales orders, verify their accuracy to ensure correct pricing, payment terms and references match approved requests and master data.
  • Monitor all open orders, prioritize by urgency, customer priority, availability; identify orders nearing expiry and remove blockers.
  • Support customers and sales teams in efficiently placing, tracking, and managing orders through the company’s B2B platform and any integrated third‑party tools.
  • Update sales order prices and payment terms.
  • Provide timely and transparent reports and status updates with comments, operational risks, critical issues; suggest countermeasures.
  • Cooperation with Customers, Sales Assistants, Logistic Department and Key Account Managers.
  • OUR EXPECTATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, logistics or similar
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • 2+ years in sales operations, order processing, or fulfilment coordination
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP as well as SAP MS Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple queries effectively
  • Experience in working in international teams and a multicultural environment

  • Nice to have:
  • Experience with B2B portals and integrated third‑party tools (EDI, CRM, logistics tracking, payments)
