Payroll and HR Administration Manager Job Opening In Grodzisk Mazowiecki – Now Hiring Danfoss


Job description

Job Responsibilities

At this position you will:

  • Lead the team by role modelling our company values and by focusing on employee development and well-being.
  • Be responsible for end-to-end payroll, time, and benefit deliveries.
  • Hold the overall responsibility for employee life cycle deliveries and reporting.
  • Manage HR compliance and audits.
  • Drive process standardization and optimization and continuous streamlining of transactional deliveries.
  • Work closely with internal and external partners on optimizing payroll & time systems.
  • Support the continued deployment of ServiceNow in the team and in the business.
  • Ensure the team meets our defined KPI’s.

  • Ensure documentation and back-up systems are in place.
  • Manage stakeholder and communication activities.
  • Background & Skills

    Your profile:

  • Relevant bachelor's or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or human resources.
  • Around 10 years’ experience within in-house payroll management and HR administration.

  • Proven record of process optimization, system implementations and continuous improvement.
  • Subject matter expertise in Polish labor law and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with working in an international setting.
  • Enthusiasm and dedication in people leadership.

  • Strong English language skills - in speech and in writing.
