We are currently looking for:
Planning, Data, and Analytics Operations ArchitectThe Planning, Data, and Analytics Operations Architect will lead a team responsible for providing first and second-level support to sustain our planning, data, and analytics platforms, solutions, and data.
This role involves monitoring daily jobs to ensure smooth operations, developing fixes for bugs, assisting with regression testing, and performing project quality checks before new solutions move into production.
Additionally, the Data Operations Architect will work on minor enhancements to continuously improve our solutions, platforms, and data.
Leadership & Management
Lead a team providing first and second-level support for data and analytics platforms, solutions, and data.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Mentor and develop team members, ensuring continuous learning and professional growth.
Manage and prioritize support requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members, supporting their professional growth and development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address data-related issues and requirements, providing expert guidance and support.
Monitor daily jobs to ensure smooth and efficient operations, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
Develop and implement fixes for bugs in our solution sets, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Assist with regression testing to ensure the integrity and functionality of our solutions, collaborating with development teams to address any issues.
Perform project quality checks before new solutions are deployed to production, ensuring they meet all requirements and standards.
Work on minor enhancements to continuously improve our data and analytics solutions, platforms, and data, incorporating feedback from stakeholders.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of support processes, fixes, and enhancements, ensuring knowledge is shared across the team.
Participate in the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications:
5-10 years of relevant experience
Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their Power BI/SAP/Azure Synapse skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data operations and analytics, applying this knowledge to improve our processes and solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Azure Synapse, SAP BO/BW/SAC, Data Factory, SQL DW, Databricks, Data Factory, Power BI or similar Data Science/BI/DW/ETL tools
