Moderna is seeking a talented Principal Analyst, Workplace Data Insights to join our Warsaw site.
In this critical role, you will manage data analytics and system administration for our real estate portfolio, ensuring the accuracy and strategic use of digital assets, CAD files, and space data.
You will play a vital role in our workplace planning, data, and design efforts, maintaining accurate, compliant digital records and driving workplace strategy through data insights.
Collaborating with global teams, including colleagues in Cambridge, MA, this position offers the opportunity to contribute to the optimization of Moderna’s global real estate portfolio while ensuring industry-leading accuracy and efficiency in workplace data management.
Here's What You’ll Do:
Your key responsibilities will be:
Partnering with Human Resources Operations and Finance to ensure data accuracy and support precise space allocations.
Managing VergeSense and OfficeSpace systems, maintaining data and asset integrity.
Overseeing AutoCAD drawings for compliance and quality control against industry standards like BOMA.
Conducting audits to ensure the accuracy of spatial data and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate systems seamlessly.
Your responsibilities will also include:
Providing drawing and data support throughout project lifecycles, including renovations and new space development.
Implementing quality control processes for drawing management and maintaining documentation standards.
Training stakeholders on system usage and contributing to workplace optimization through precise, actionable reporting.
Preparing and distributing reports on space utilization and key metrics to align operations with Moderna's strategic goals.

Here’s What You’ll Need (Minimum Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Facilities Management, Architecture, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field; or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in CAFM management, CAD/AutoCAD/Revit, or a similar role in facilities or space planning
Proficiency in CAFM and IWMS platforms (e.g., Archibus, OfficeSpace, or similar)
Strong knowledge of CAD standards, BOMA standards, and best practices for space and drawing management
This role is expected to be in office 70% of the time with flexibility to work from home up to 30%.
Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications)
Ability to read and understand floor plans in AutoCAD, Revit, PDF formats; Microsoft Office, Smartsheets, AutoCAD, CAFM/IWMS systems
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Experience in integrating data from HR, Finance, and other systems to inform space and real estate decisions
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and train end-users on system use and drawing standards
Familiarity with sensor technology, space utilization software, and data visualization tools
Knowledge of facilities management practices and an understanding of workplace strategy principles
Strong program management capabilities with demonstrated ability to problem solve and mediate issues
