**Job Description**



We are seeking a skilled Oracle OCI Analytics Engineer with expertise in building, optimizing, and supporting Analytics solutions in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust OCI-based analytics solutions.

Your experience with OAC and OCI in general will be instrumental in driving the success of our analytics initiatives and enabling data-driven decision-making.

_In addition, experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) will be valuable in delivering actionable insights from enterprise applications and accelerating time-to-value with prebuilt KPIs and data models._



**Responsibilities**



What you will do:



+ Solution Design and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design end-to-end analytics solutions in OCI.

Leverage your knowledge OAC and OCI services to architect scalable, performant, and reliable analytics solutions.

+ Implementation and Optimization: Build and configure OCI-based analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.

Optimize performance by fine-tuning queries, implementing caching strategies, and designing efficient data models.

+ Production Support: Provide ongoing support for deployed analytics solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data accuracy, system performance, and user access.

Monitor system health, proactively identify, and resolve potential bottlenecks, and ensure high availability and reliability of the analytics environment.

+ Security and Governance: Implement and enforce data security controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Develop and maintain data governance frameworks and policies to ensure data quality, integrity, and privacy within the analytics ecosystem.

+ Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in OCI services, analytics tools, and technologies.

Evaluate new features and functionalities to identify opportunities for enhancing existing solutions and driving innovation.

+ Extend analytics design to include prebuilt semantic models and KPIs provided by Fusion Data Intelligence to accelerate implementation and standardize reporting across Fusion applications.



What you will bring:



+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Master's degree is a plus.

+ Experience (3+ years) working with Business Intelligence tools.

+ Expertise in building, optimizing, and supporting analytics solutions

+ Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and data modelling concepts.

+ Have experience and in-depth understanding of Data Model and Business process functionality and its data flow in Oracle Business Intelligence Applications

+ Solid understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing principles.

+ Have experience of RPD modelling (All 3 layers) using the OBIEE Administration Tool or Semantic Model Extension in FDI

+ Design & Development of RPD/Reports/Dashboards using OBIEE or OAC

+ Develop and execute complex SQL queries to analyze data issues end to end

+ _Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), including KPI customization and extensibility, is highly desirable._

+ _Familiarity with Fusion SaaS data structures and their mapping into FDI's canonical model is a plus._

+ Perform data validations from the OAC Reports to the respective Source systems and consolidate the data

+ Knowledge of cloud-based analytics architectures, services, and best practices.

+ Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance requirements.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

+ Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.
