The Impact You'll Make

We are seeking a passionate Product Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle of part of our Thermostat portfolio for electrical heating, from ideation to market launch.

You will work in a cross-functional team based in Grodzisk Mazowiecki to develop and execute on our roadmap to secure revenue growth and market share.

We strongly prefer onsite presence in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, with some flexibility to work hybrid.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

  • Product Owner: Act as product owner and help the teams focus where it matters the most and while consciencely stopping work on less value adding activities.

  • Sales Support: Provide sales teams with the necessary tools and training to effectively sell our electric heating cables and mats.

    Collaborate with sales teams to develop pricing proposals and negotiate contracts.

  • Pricing and Positioning: Provide input for our Pricing manager on product positioning and help secure effective pricing strategies within Cables and Mats.

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.

  • Product Development: Collaborate with engineering teams to define product requirements, create prototypes, and oversee product development.

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop go-to-market strategies that ensure successful product launches.

    Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling marketing campaigns and sales enablement materials.

  • What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably within electrical heating or electrical equipment in an B2B setting

  • Commercial Focus: Demonstrated ability to develop commercially successful products that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.

  • Technical Background: Strong technical understanding.

    A background in Electrical or similar products is an asset.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer suppor
  •  A strong asset would be to understand communication protocols like BMS, Modbus-TCP, Modbus-RTU, Backnet, others.
