Intertek is looking for a Project Engineer Team Leader to join our dynamic and innovative team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, ensuring project management is carried out effectively and efficiently.
This role requires a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
 - Key Responsibilities:
   -  Lead and coordinate a team of engineers, providing technical support and guidance.
  -  Ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high quality standards.
  -  Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements and address any challenges.
  -  Monitor project progress and prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
  -  Work closely with other departments to ensure integration of activities and achievement of company objectives.
  -  Foster a collaborative working environment.
  
 
Requirements
 - Requirements:
   -  Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or related disciplines).
  -  At least 7 years of experience in the industry, with a strong background in project management.
  -  Proven leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
  -  In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies.
  -  Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  -  Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
  -  Mandatory: Valid Polish Building License (uprawnienia budowlane) and SEP Electrical License.
