A Snapshot of Your DayAs a Project Order Manager, you'll play a key role in driving the success of our offshore wind farm projects.
Embedded within each project's Construction Management team and aligned with the Site Logistics organization, you’ll help ensure that everything arrives where it needs to be – on time and in perfect order.
This is more than just logistics - it’s about precision, coordination, and delivering at scale.
You’ll support our Offshore Construction teams by planning and managing the supply chain of tools, components, and materials vital to our project timelines.
You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments and work closely with external suppliers to keep things moving efficiently.
How You’ll Make an Impact Manage the definition and delivery of tools packages for Wind Turbine Projects, serving as the primary contact between the project and suppliers.Lead all aspects of the ordering and delivery of both planned and unplanned spare parts, ensuring timely supply chain management.Ensure full transparency on project scope, including risk management, and handle the logistics of rental equipment and its return process.Analyze operational logistics, advise collaborators, and implement adaptive measures as needed, especially for projects outside of Europe, considering ECC topics.Maintain and communicate relevant information from suppliers, procurement, and logistics service providers.Coordinate the return of logistics infrastructure and on-site equipment, steering operations with service providers and contribute to process improvements in your operational area, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.What You BringA collaborative and motivated attitude – you're resilient, responsible, and highly structured, with strong communication skills.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent professional experience in Supply Chain, Procurement or a related field and curiosity and a proactive approach to learning and contributing, along with solid stakeholder management abilities.Strong IT proficiency, especially in SAP and Excel A detailed and meticulous working style, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while keeping a clear overview of project progress.
Experience working in multicultural environments and large, complex organizations, with fluency in English (both written and spoken).
A can-do attitude and confident, outgoing personality – you thrive under pressure and approach challenges with a sense of urgency and determination.
