Requirements:

• 
  

  Minimum 5 years of QA technical background (software testing and test automation)

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial position including people management

  
  


• 
  

  Experience or a demonstrable passion for applying AI/ML capabilities to enhance testing processes (e.g., for visual testing, self-healing scripts, or test data generation)

  
  


• 
  

  Proven experience in software testing and test automation, ideally in consulting or presales, 

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of SDLC, testing methodologies, and QA tools, 

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in team leadership or project management,
