Our Client is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead its Quality Department.
This is a key leadership role in a dynamic production environment, offering opportunities for professional growth and impactful contribution to quality excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the site’s quality strategy in alignment with industry standards and customer expectations,
- Lead and manage the Quality Team, including training, performance evaluation, and daily task coordination,
- Oversee the quality control processes throughout the production lifecycle—from incoming materials to finished goods,
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality,
- Monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions,
- Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits (customer and certification bodies),
- Maintain and improve the quality management systems (IATF 16949 and ISO 9001), ensuring compliance and up-to-date documentation,
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to support process changes and new project implementation,
- Conduct root cause analyses and lead problem-solving activities using tools such as 8D, 5WHY, Ishikawa, and FMEA,
- Support supplier quality management in coordination with procurement, including material inspections and evaluations.
Requirements:
- University degree in a technical field, preferably in Quality, Engineering, or related disciplines,
- Proven experience in a leadership or senior specialist quality role within a manufacturing environment (automotive experience is a plus),
- Strong command of quality tools and methodologies (PPAP, 8D, FMEA, SPC, Pareto, Ishikawa, 5WHY),
- Solid knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards – mandatory,
- Fluency in both English and Polish (spoken and written) – mandatory,
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills,
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
